Our goods are transported at the adressee's risk who should indicate any discrepancies for missing or damaged goods to the carrier. Payment, without rebate, is on receipt of invoice. Interest for late payment: Over 30 days after dispatch of invoice, the post office date stamp as validation, a penalty charge of 1.5 times the legal interest rate will be applied (Law N� 92-1442 of 31/12/92). The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. (Law N� 80 335 of 12/05/80). We accept payments by cheque made out to us as a member of a Management Centre recognized by the Tax Office. In the case of discrepancy, the Industrial Court in Reims will be the only court referred.
