Cuvée Exclusive Blanc de Blancs

The Exclusive cuvée is a blanc de blancs which is only made from a selection of our plots of Chardonnay (white grape). It has aged 6 to 7 years in bottles on deposit in our cellars.

Tasting Commentary

Toasted, woody, flinty notes (typical of Chardonnay). Nice fullness on the palate, well structured on candied citrus fruits, marzipan. Mature wine with a certain freshness.

Ideal with fish in sauce or grilled and pan-fried poultry with mushrooms.
