Cuvée Prestige

Made from about 70% Chardonnay the signature of the Cuvée Prestige is its finesse and elegance. 30% of Pinot Noir give it a touch of body. It stays in our cellars for about 4 years.

Tasting Comments

An effervesence of fine bubbles with a cordon of thin and persistent froth.
The first nose is strong with aromas of yellow and crystallised fruits When mixed, hints of acacia flowers and liquorice. The finale,a touch of honey and toasted bread.
A distinct mouth attack, balanced body. A long finale with a reminder of yellow fruits.

For the aperitif, certain fresh water fish, white meat and lobster.
